We collect only the personal data needed to handle your enquiry or booking: name, email, phone, country, and the dates of your stay. Booking data is retained for 3 years; general enquiries for 1 year.
Your data is never sold. Payment card details are processed exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our server. For Revolut payments, only a transaction reference is kept.
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing booking@portopozzostay.com.
